Collier to Celebrate Halloween With Parade, Night Walk

Here are the times and dates for Collier Township's Halloween Parade, Night Walk on the Panhandle Trail, and Trick-or-Treat.

Collier Township has plenty of spooky and fun ways for residents to celebrate Halloween this October.

Three main events are planned:

  • The Halloween Parade is Oct. 26 at 1 p.m., and starts at Webb Park, located at 11 Walnut Avenue in Carnegie. Lineup and registration begins at noon.
  • The Night Walk on the Panhandle Trail also is Oct. 26, and starts at 7 p.m.
  • Trick-or-Treat is Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m.
