  •  Maintain your weight and heart-health during tempting holiday times.     
  • Nutritiously navigate the buffet- without sacrificing taste! -- at holiday parties.     
  • Create healthy & delicious sweets recipes. Food and refreshments will be served, courtesy of Hungry for Time Personal Chef Service.
