Sponsored by Philosophy of Animals this seminar provides an overview of the help available for low cost spay/neutering of cats in Allegheny and Washington Counties. This event kicks off the 6th Annual Pa Week of Animals. Speakers include Animal Friends, Fixurcat, Frankie's Friends, HCMT and Fluffyjean Fund for Felines. The event is free and open to the public.
