Lee Camp in Pittsburgh

“Gets the crowd roaring!” –Rolling Stone

Lee Camp comes to Pittsburgh one night only to Hambone’s in Lawrenceville, February 1, 2013 at 8:30pm. Comedian Ron Placone opens the show and the evening will be hosted by Krish Mohan.

NYC-based comedian Lee Camp is a contributor to the Onion and he has appeared on The Green Room with Paul Provenza. He was a featured performer on Comedy Central’s "Fresh Debate," and he’s done comedic commentary on “Countdown with Keith Olbermann,” BBC’s “Newsnight,” PBS, E!Network, SpikeTV, MTV, and ABC’s Good Morning America. Lee is featured in the recent bestseller “Satiristas!” along with George Carlin, Bill Maher, and Stephen Colbert. Lee also provided catharsis for millions of people when he went live on Fox News and called the network a “parade of propaganda and a festival of ignorance.”

“This up-and-coming US star is already developing a reputation for fearless political comedy, with some calling him an heir to the crown of the late, great George Carlin. ….He gets our seal of approval.” –Time Out Sydney

“Like Jon Stewart from the Daily Show but with sharper teeth.” –the Herald

"I wanted to say three things about Mr Camp that really remind me of my father, one of which is he is a thinking persons’ comic, he may just piss you off a little bit, but the most important thing is he's really fucking funny!" - Kelly Carlin
