You should be absolutely disgusted with yourself, you are a poor excuse for a magistrate, let alone a decent human being. You protect the abusers and punish kids with disabilities who are harassed on a day to day basis, finally getting the courage to stand up for themselves. You need to be replaced immediately, and I hope that happens very soon.
