After reading about what your decision is about a victim of bullying I as well has hundreds of others are appalled.

You are sending the wrong message to bullies and hurting victims further with this attitude. I expect children that have no other way to get the adults in their lives to listen to find any peaceful way they can to uncover the truth.

This boy took video of his attackers, did not shoot them as victims have done before. You should be praising him for finding a peaceful way to show what was being done to him.

Your should apologize to the victim in this case.
