You are a disgusting excuse for a human being. How can you charge any child that is being bullied with a crime, let alone a child with disabilities with a crime? He was being bullied and no one would do anything because there was not enough proof or the school didn’t consider it bullying so he does the only thing he can and document it and he is the one who is in trouble? You have made this child’s life worse than it already is by charging him with this ‘crime’. Were the bullies charged with anything? Were the teachers or the principle or the officers charged with anything? They knowingly got rid of evidence isn’t that a crime? You are sending a message to every bully in your state, every bully in this country that it is okay for them to torment their peers, to torment those different from them and it is disgusting. You should be ashamed. Every adult in this situation that has not helped this boy should be ashamed. You should be disbarred, the principal of that school should be fired along with the teacher in that class and the officer who thought that trying to document what was being done to him was a crime. How would you feel if it was your child being bullied? If his/her school would not do anything about it wouldn’t you want them to do what they could to gain evidence against those bullies so something could be done? The message you’re sending is to sit down and shut up and not defend yourself when someone is doing you wrong. You are disgusting and I hope you overturn your asinine ‘verdict’. What kind of horrible person are you that you think it is okay to punish a victim of bullying and do nothing at all to the bullies and those who didn’t stop the bullying. People like you and the teachers at that school and that police officer are what is wrong with society.
