South Fayette WPIAL Semifinal set for Xfinity On Demand
The Xfinity High School Sports Game of the Week for the semifinal round of the 2013 WPIAL Football Playoffs will feature 11-0 South Fayette facing Beaver Falls in a Class AA game.
The game will be available free to all Comcast Digital Starter and above subscribers beginning Saturday, Nov. 16 by choosing the Get Local, Sports and Football folders on their Xfinity On Demand menu. It is available in both Standard Definition and High Definition.
The Xfinity High School Sports Game of Week will be called by the talented team of Chris Shovlin, Ellis Cannon and former Steelers quarterback Charlie Batch.

South Fayette is coming off a 31-7 victory over Seton-LaSalle in which junior quarterback Brett Brumbaugh passed for a WPIAL record 463 yards. Beaver Falls (9-2) defeated Yough, 43-7, last week to reach the semifinals. The winner of this game will meet the winner of the Aliquippa-Beaver game for the WPIAL championship.
This semifinal is part of the 11th consecutive season of local high school football coverage for Comcast. Comcast’s high school sports programming has been nominated multiple times for regional Emmy Awards.
