Instinct Fitness adds Upper St. Clair native to its training staff

Instinct Fitness, Bridgeville, is pleased to announce the addition of Marissa Day to its training team.

Day, 25, will bring her dance background to the Bridgeville-based gym, which focuses on boot camp-style classes that incorporate kettlebells, TRX, battling ropes and body strength exercises.

“With her extensive dance and gymnastics experience, Marissa will help students at the gym incorporate balance, flexibility and strength into their workouts,” notes Justin Thomas, owner and head trainer, Instinct Fitness. “In addition, Marissa is a great example of disproving the myth that strength training makes women bulky.”
