This week's local restaurant spotlight is Pittsburgh Bottleshop Cafe, located on Washington Pike in Collier Town Square.
Owner Mark Davis founded Bottleshop Cafe to bring a wide variety of unique beers and great food to the area. The bar features 31 beers on tap, and has more than 250 types of beer.
Bottleshop frequently sponsors community and fundraising events, and if you're lucky you might just see some of Pittsburgh's professional athletes hanging out there.
