New Goodwill Store in Heidelberg to Employ 20-30 People

The store is expected to open in January 2014.

A Goodwill store coming to Heidelberg is expected to bring a modern, new building to the borough—along with more than two dozen new job opportunities.

A ground breaking ceremony for the new store, which will be located at 1905 Washington Street in Heidelberg, was held Thursday, Aug. 29.

Representatives of Burns & Scalo Real Estate Services, Inc., which will develop and own the new store, along with local officials and representatives of Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania participated in the event.
