New Fitness Craze Coming To Cochran Road

A new Pure Barre studio is opening in Mt. Lebanon this January.

A new Pure Barre studio is opening in Scott Township this January.

The studio will feature ballet barre workouts that have exploded in popularity since its inception in 2001.

Focusing on the body parts women struggle with the most, the Pure Barre workout lifts the seat, tones the thighs and upper body, and creates the long and lean muscles of a dancer through small isometric movements centered around a ballet barre.
