Collier Booming with New Construction

New developments offer single-family, patio and carriage homes for all buyers.

If you’ve ever had one of those days where everything in your old house seems to be falling apart, the appeal of new construction is huge and offers many benefits over purchasing a home that’s already been lived in. If you’re a first-time homebuyer, a brand new home means you can move right in and never have to feel like you’re living in someone else’s house or have to fix their mistakes.

“Chartiers Valley is one of the top areas in the South Hills for new development,” said Daniel Mancuso of Dominion Real Estate.

There’s still land available and builders are willing to come into this area with the moderate cost-of-living and relatively stable market.  In fact, in the past decade mainly because of new construction.

New plans featuring single-family homes are very attractive to people with children and there’s a good opportunity for both children and adults to meet friends close by. Likewise for retired couples or empty nesters, as patio, carriage and townhomes provide the same opportunities to meet like-minded people as well as offer low maintenance or maintenance-free living.

There are many new construction plans in Collier Township that are definitely worth checking out...
