Jim Henson's 'The Dark Crystal' Is Kid's Matinee Feature This Weekend

"Transformers," "The Last Waltz" and more are on the marquee this weekend at Dormont's Hollywood Theater.

Dormont's Hollywood Theater is hosting a Kid's Matinee this weekend, and "The Dark Crystal," a collaboration between Jim Henson and Frank Oz, is the feature.

The Kid's Matinee is July 12 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $3 for children age 12 and younger, and small popcorns are $1.

If you're going:

  • "The Dark Crystal" (1982): July 12 at 7 p.m.; July 13 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.; July 14 at 1 p.m.
  • "The Last Waltz" (1978): July 12 at 9:15 p.m.; July 13 at 9:15 p.m.; July 14 at 4 p.m.
  • "Transformers: The Movie" (1986): July 14 at 7 p.m.
