Fundraiser at Onyx Salon benefitting:The Ward Home for Teenage Girls
Featuring WTAE TV 4 News Anchor Michelle Wright.  Enjoy light refreshments and a presentation by Michelle called:"You Look Like You Have a Mop on Your Head & Other Helpful Tips; Learning to Deal With Criticism"The proceeds from this event will benefit Ward Home for Teenage Girls. Ward Home operates three Supervised Independent Living sites in Pittsburgh.  Each year, the program provides critical life-skills, for 150 Pittsburgh teens, including education completion, employment preparation, safety/well-being management and planning for the future. For more information about Ward Home's mission visit: www.wardhome.org.

New Teen Welcome Kits:  Kits can include items such as toiletries, snacks, towels or washcloths, school supplies, etc. Any item that would make a teen girl or boy feel more at home in an unfamiliar place.
