"Step back in time and listen to the sounds of the big bands, as well as jazz from the 50's and 60's as the Chartiers Valley High School Orchestra and Jazz Band, under the direction of Ms. Sally Shollenberger, and their special guests Rick Laus and the RML Jazz Band perform. The 3rd annual Big Band Dinner Dance will take place at Chartiers Valley High School on Saturday, October 22. The CVHS cafeteria will be transformed into a fantastic dinner and dance club complete with twinkling lights, fine table linens and china, and a gourmet buffet of prime rib, chicken marsala, pasta primavera, green beans almondine, and redskin potatoes, along with a huge chocolate fountain and cookie buffet.  Proceeds benefit the Orchestra and Jazz Band.
