That beautiful photo you took of Pittsburgh's skyline could win you some money.
VisitPittsburgh has launched a new photo contest called "Say Cheese, Pittsburgh!"
Along with shots of the skyline, they're looking for photos of area attractions and events, such as Kennywood or the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival going on right now.
The grand prize winner will receive $1,000.
The tourism promotion agency will use the photo submissions to attract more tourism and business to Pittsburgh.
Contest Timeline:
-Submit your photo by 11:59 p.m. July 24
-Judging period runs from 8 a.m. July 25 through 3 p.m. July 26
-Winners announced noon on July 27
Contest Prizes:
-Grand Prize: $1,000
-Second Place: $250
-Third Place: $150
-Fourth Place: $50
-Fifth Place: $50
