The temperatures are going to drop Monday and there is a slight possibility of snow showers early Tuesday morning.

The National Weather Service is calling for a high of 54 degrees Fahrenheit on Monday with the temperature falling to around 44 at the end of the day. There will also be about a half-inch of rain during the day.

But things are going to turn ugly overnight as rain could turn into snow showers in the early hours of Tuesday. Any chance of snow, which is slight, would bring less than a half-inch of accumulation.

Look below to see the full forecast from the National Weather Service for Monday, Dec. 10.

Monday: Showers. Temperature rising to near 54 by 10 a.m., then falling to around 44 during the remainder of the day. Southwest wind 11 to 13 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Monday Night: Rain and snow showers before 3am, then a slight chance of snow showers. Low around 30. Northwest wind 7 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
