New Prestley Road Barrier Affects Entrances to Church, Landscaping Company
Visitors will have to get to Journey Church and Cavanaugh's Landscaping from Thoms Run Road—a barrier now blocks the entrance to those locations from the Bridgeville side of Prestley Road.
A new barrier that crosses Prestley Road will affect the entrances into local churches and businesses for the next several months.
The barrier, which was placed on Wednesday, June 26, sits across Prestley Road at the driveway of Journey Church, located at 56 Prestley Road.
Visitors will not be able to enter Journey Church or Cavanaugh's Landscaping from the Bridgeville/Route 50 side of Prestley Road. However, visitors will be able to access the church and business from Presto/Thoms Run Road.
A representative with Independent Enterprises told Chartiers Valley Patch the barrier will remain in place until the Prestley Road project is complete in mid to late October.
