Groundbreaking Scheduled for Collier Rec Center

The first step in building a new recreation center in Collier Township is happening later this month.

Groundbreaking for the new rec center is scheduled for July 26 at 10 a.m., according to a report from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

The $4 million, 38,000-square-foot rec center in Collier Park will include a gymnasium, walking track, fitness studio, group exercise rooms and banquet rooms, according to the report.
