'Great Gatsby' Party Will Raise Money for CV at Club Colony

A Scott Township restaurant is bringing the "roaring '20s" to life with a party that will benefit five local organizations, including the Chartiers Valley Education Foundation.

Club Colony, located at 1928 Cochran Road, is hosting a "Great Gatsby" party on June 23 from 6 to 9 p.m.

The party will feature food stations and hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar with Prohibition-era drinks, and music by Mark Venneri and Bill Holt. Valet parking will be provided.

The cost is a $100 donation to any of five charities. In addition to the Education Foundation, donations also can be made to Bartko Foundation, Jeremiah's Place, Operation Backpack, and Miracle League of the South Hills.

The event is limited to 250 guests. Guests should wear formal attire.
