Get Out: Rummage Sale, Strawberry Festival and Spaghetti Fundraiser

Here are five events to check out this weekend in Bridgeville, Collier, Heidelberg, Scott and South Fayette!

1. Our Lady of Grace Rummage Sale
Where?/When?:
, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday
Why Go?:  
The Our Lady of Grace rummage sale will take place Friday and Saturday at Miller Pavilion and Conroy Hall. The early bird sale will be Thursday night from 6 to 8 p.m. and costs $5.

2.
Where?/When?:
South Fayette Township Library, 10:30 to 11 a.m. on Friday
Why Go?: This program is for ages 3-5 years with caregivers. The group sings songs (with motions), read stories and enjoy age-appropriate art activities. This high-energy program develops language, math, motor and social skills. No registration is required. 

3.
Where?/When?:
Diesel on Pittsburgh's South Side, 6 p.m. on Friday
Why Go?:
Live at Diesel in the Southside hosted by WDVE'S Randy Baumann with local celebrity judges and live music. All proceeds benefit the Gilda Club of Western PA. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 6:30 p.m. for a list of finalists.

4.
Where/When:
, 4:30 p.m. on Saturday
Why Go?:
In addition to delicious strawberries and ice cream, this event will offer hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, drink and dessert.

5.
Where?/When?:
at 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Saturday
Why Go?:
Calvary Full Gospel Church will hold a spaghetti dinner in the gym. The event is free, but they are asking for a donation to help with the cost of travel and the supplies needed to help bless these kids and families in El Salvador. The church will be building a home for a family.
