Allegheny County has reported that two people are stuck in a home on Scrubgrass Road in Scott Township.
Allegheny County released the following statement through its Twitter feed:
@Allegheny_Co Scrubgrass Rd & Old Scrubgrass Rd, Scott Twp. 2 people stuck on 2nd floor of house. Water rising around house.
