Cookies By Design opened in early May in the shopping center at 1 Forsythe Road in Presto. Since then, it's homemade and hand-decorated cookies have been a tasty addition to the plaza. Cookies By Design is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
