Washington Financial Bank awards scholarship to Bishop Canevin Graduate
Bishop Canevin graduate Kaitlin McCracken received a scholarship from Washington Financial Bank. Washington Financial awards 10 scholarships to local students each year based primarily on community service and academic achievement.
Ms. McCracken volunteered more than 300 hours as a Junior Volunteer at the Washington Hospital. In the fall, Ms. McCracken plans to study Mathematics at Washington and Jefferson College.
Other recipients of the Bank's 2014 scholarship include Savannah Ammons, Andrew J. Grosso, Alexa Kostyak, Kyle Gregory Mottola, Rachel Rozak, Amy Russell, Haley Sutton, Antonio “Tug” Tatano, and Olivia Vanistendael.
