Fundraiser - "A Ray of Hope" -The Girl Who Can't Be Touched

"A Ray of Hope"  Hoping for a cure to end the pain!  Can you imagine not being able to be hugged or living a life afraid to be touched?  What is it like to live in constant, chronic pain?  How do you cope when the slightest touch - even a hug, can cause unrelenting excruciating pain?  What's it like when standing up too fast can make you faint?  Meet Molly Czaikowski, a 17 year old high school senior from the Pittsburgh area, who is living with two debilitating chronic illnesses for which there are no cures.  Hear Molly's story as she tells how she has overcome huge obstacles and had to learn to walk again at the age of 16. Learn how her family, friends and faith get her through her darkest hours. Listen as she shares her trials and triuimphs.  Join us as we try to raise awareness of Dysautonomia and Reflex Neurovascular Dystrophy (RND)

*Molly's primary doctor, Jonathan Pletcher will be our guest speaker.
Dr. Pletcher is the Clinical Director of the Division of Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital Pittsburgh of UPMC.  He's also an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh.  He has diagnosed and treated Molly for the past three years.
