This group is open to cancer survivors and their significant others, and is offered in cooperation with the Cancer Caring Center. The group meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 7 to 9 p.m. and is facilitated by an oncology nurse and social services. Registration is not required. St. Clair Hospital is an independent facility with 329 beds, more than 500 physicians and about 2,000 employees. The hospital offers a litany of services with an updated emergency room, an adjoining professional office building and a renowned cancer treatment center. The hospital opened its doors in 1954 and has since been one of the largest employers in the South Hills.
