Winter Weather Advisory: More Snow on the Way
The snow is expected to arrive late Friday night.
The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a winter weather advisory for a wide portion of western Pennsylvania from 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The storm is expected to drop 2 to 4 inches of snow by the end of the day Saturday.
Here is the latest forecast:
- Friday night: Light snow likely, mainly after 4am. Cloudy, with a low around 26. East wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
- Saturday: Light snow, mainly before 3pm. High near 33. Calm wind becoming west 5 to 9 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
- Saturday Night: A chance of snow showers. Cloudy, with a low around
