It's actually Scott township

You're right about the location, and it is in Scott Township. The other side of Painters Run Road (where the Jim Jenkins and other stores are located) is in Upper St. Clair.

intersection of Bower Hill and Painters Run..I forget what its called now..But it used to be Dave Rices Texico Station when I was a kid.

My dad knew Dave..always went there with him to get gas in those days..I grew up right up the street on Bower Hill Rd. remember the cars in line in front of the house waiting to get gas during the gas shortage in the 70s..Glad to see more small mom and pops making a go these days..Brings back good memories ..
