The building at Cochran and Greentree roads has been several different fancy restaurants in recent years and there have been many different reasons why they closed or relocated.
If you could see any business in this location, what would you like in the plaza? If not a restaurant, what else do you see here?

Why are the closest Sheetz to this area in Canonsburg and Robinson? You'd think they could build one nearby.

This is not a prime location at all. You can only enter and exit in one direction. Sheetz or any "convenience" store would not work there.
