It’s finally springtime! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping and the flowers are budding.
That makes us wonder for this week’s Readers’ Choice poll: Where in the area is the best place to get flowers or floral arrangements?
There aren’t many florists in this area (that was one of the biggest requests from our earlier Visions of Vacancy story) but there are lots of places to get flowers for your garden or pot sitting on the deck.
Some of the places we’ve selected are the Broniak-Kraf Flower Shop & Greenhouse, Pedal Pushers, Country Barns, Portman Farm, Jim Jenkins and Mt. Lebanon Floral. Vote for your favorite in the poll below, or offer your thoughts in the comments section.

Bedners in McDonald should be on the list. I know many people who buy from them. They have gorgeous arrangements that can be placed directly in tall planters - the kind people like to place at their front door. Or you can bring your own planter

The physical address is 315 Coleman Road, McDonald, PA 15057... Take Route 50 past the American Legion and Cecil Fire Co. and turn right onto Coleman Road.
