Arrest and incident reports from area police departments.

Domestic dispute: Michael Cross, 39, of Scott, faces charges of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief following a domestic dispute at his Davis Street home on Oct. 7, township police said.

Drug charge: Scott police said they charged Shawn Skirip, 18, of Castle Shannon, with disorderly conduct and drug violations on Oct. 9.

Drug paraphernalia: Ronald Penn, 42, of Carnegie, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 4 during a traffic stop on Greentree Road, Scott police said.

DUI crash: Scott police said they arrested Dale C. Brannan, 47, of Carnegie, on drunken driving charges following a crash on Noblestown Road on Oct. 9.

Dual drug charges: James A. Pulver, 24, of Ingram, and Nicole Bungert, 26, of Carnegie, both face drug charges after Scott police said they found marijuana in their car during a traffic stop at Raceway Plaza on Oct. 9.

Public drunkenness arrest: Clarence T. Hatcher, 61, of Carnegie, was charged with public drunkenness on Oct. 8 after Scott Township police said they found him on Carothers Avenue.

Public intox arrest: James Voke, 60, of Greentree, faces a public drunkenness charge after Scott police said he was intoxicated while at the Sunoco along Cochran Road on Oct. 8.

Drunk in public: Dorothy Playso, 49, was charged with public drunkenness on Oct. 7 while at Shop ‘n Save at Raceway Plaza, Scott police said.

Public drunkenness charge: Scott police charged 26-year-old township resident Rebecca S. Penatzer with public drunkenness on Oct. 5 after officers said they found her intoxicated on Center Street.

 

Retail thefts: Two 17-year-old girls from Bethel Park were charged with retail theft after Collier police said they stole merchandise from Kmart on Oct. 3. Police did not reveal their names because both are juveniles. Later in the day, police said Claudine Quarture, 64, of North Strabane, tried to steal boots, a CD and several ornaments. Police charged her with retail theft.

DUI crash: Collier police said Shawn Gray was drunk when he crashed through a guardrail on Noblestown Road near St. Johns Cemetery shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday. Police charged Gray, 29, of Etna, with drunken driving.

Shoplifting charge: Jack Bellissimo, 18, South Fayette, was charged with retail theft after Collier police said he tried to steal cough syrup and BBs from Kmart on Oct. 8

DUI arrest: Collier police said they charged Rebecca Bauroth, 38, of Swissvale was charged with drunken driving following a crash along Noblestown Road on Oct. 6.

 

Drug charge: Andrew J. Yoder, 24, of Pittsburgh, was charged with possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on Oct. 5, Heidelberg police said.
