Police said they arrested an unruly man causing a disturbance in a Collier Township neighborhood earlier this month.

Collier police said they were called to Cluxton Road around 2:45 p.m. on Jan. 2 for a suspicious vehicle and a man causing problems.

The man, Jeremiah Ball, 26, Conway, AR, was causing such a disturbance, police said, that residents on the street came out to see what the commotion was about.

Police said Ball resisted arrest and tried to kick out a police cruiser’s window.

Ball is charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, institutional vandalism and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
