District Court Rulings – 9/20

District Judge Gary Zyra oversees Heidelberg and Scott Township while District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville, Collier Township and South Fayette.
District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet – 9/17
Charges held for court
- Multiple felony drug charges that include possession of a controlled substance and contraband, along with several misdemeanor counts of false identification to police, marijuana possession and possession of a controlled substance against Lynn H. Richardson, 25, of South Fayette, were held for court. Bridgeville police charged Richardson on Aug. 30.
Charges waived to court
- Charges of burglary, trespassing, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal attempt and possession of a controlled substance against Ryan A. Davin, 25, of South Park, were waived to court. Collier Township police arrested Davin on Aug. 30.
- Three counts of forgery and a felony charge of criminal attempt against Amanda Barker, 25, of Bridgeville, was waived to court. Bridgeville police charged Barker on Aug. 1.
District Judge Gary M. Zyrz – 9/13
Charges held for court
- Robbery and simple assault charges against Edward Fordham, 26, of East Carnegie, were held for court. Scott Township police charged Fordham on Aug. 21.
Charges waived to court
- Felony theft, burglary, receiving stolen property and firearm charges against 28-year-old John R. Liggett were waived to court. Heidelberg police charged Liggett on Sept. 6.
- Trespassing, drug possession and witness intimidation charges against Bryan McGraw, 20, of Scott, were waived to court. Scott Township police charged McGraw on Aug. 31.
- Drunken driving, underage drinking and careless driving charges against Timothy Lupori, 18, of Carnegie, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Lupori on July 20.
- Three counts of forgery against Vishal V. Rawal, 30, of Cranberry, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Rawal on April 27.
Charges reduced or withdrawn
- Charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public drunkenness against 53-year-old Darrell Stevens were withdrawn. A disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Scott Township police charged Stevens on Sept. 8.
- Charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness against Jefferey Beyer, 31, of Heidelberg were withdrawn. Heidelberg police originally charged Beyer on June 25.
- An aggravated assault charge against Thomas Lopez, 47, of Scott, was withdrawn and a harassment charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Scott Township police charged Lopez on Aug. 28.
- A disorderly conduct charge against David K. Maupins, 23, of Carnegie, was reduced to a non-traffic citation which charges of resisting arrest and obstruction of justice were withdrawn. Scott Township police originally charged Maupins on Aug. 21.
- Charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice and public drunkenness agains Jay McGregor, 51, of Heidelberg, were withdrawn. Heidelberg police originally charged McGregor on July 24.
- A disorderly conduct charge against Timothy Radulovich, 22, of Carnegie, was reduced to a non-traffic citation and resisting arrest and public drunkenness charges were withdrawn. Scott Township police charged Radulovich on Aug. 21.
