District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville and Collier Township while District Judge Gary Zyra oversees Heidelberg and Scott Township.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Trespassing, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief charges against Dean T. Vasquez, 41, of 627 Dunster St., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Vasquez on Feb. 1. Another set of simple assault and harassment charges against Vasquez were also waived to court after Scott police arrested him during a separate incident on Jan. 16.

 

Charges withdrawn

  • Simple assault and harassment charges against Jason K. Burns, 31, of 1912 Borland Road, Pittsburgh, were withdrawn. A summary charge of harassment was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Heidelberg police originally charged Burns on Jan. 10.

 

Charges held for court

  • Charges of accident involving injury, possession of a controlled substance, careless driving, and two counts each of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia against Erin M. Boehm, 35, of 32 Mitchell Drive, Carnegie, were held for court. Three counts of possession of a controlled substance and a marijuana possession charge were withdrawn. Collier police originally charged Boehm on Oct. 13.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Retail theft, receiving stolen property, theft, criminal attempt and criminal conspiracy charges against Jo Anne Brown, 52, of 3050 Glen Mar West, McKeesport, were waived to court. Five counts of access device fraud and one charge of forgery were withdrawn. Collier Township police charged Brown on Nov. 23.
  • Theft, receiving stolen property and burglary charges against Eric Allen, 45, of 3000 Swallow Hill Road, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Collier Township police charged Allen on Oct. 12.
  • Charges of drunken driving, speeding and careless driving against Julian T. Cardamone, 25, of 622 Rockwood Ave., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. A reckless driving charge was withdrawn. State police arrested Cardamone on Nov. 26.
  • Drunken driving and careless driving charges against Renee R. Modrak, 53, of 91 Hamtom Road, Eighty Four, were waived to court. State police arrested Morak on Nov. 11.

 

Charges withdrawn

  • Two simple assaults charges against Charles L. Brownlee, 36, of 335 Greenwood Place, Bridgeville, were withdrawn, and a summary harassment charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Bridgeville police arrested Brownlee on Jan. 22.
