Both the Chartiers Valley boys’ and girls’ varsity basketball teams will play their WPIAL semifinal playoff games Tuesday night at North Allegheny.

The Lady Colts will play Mt. Lebanon at 6 p.m. after their 55-52 victory over Upper St. Clair on Friday night. The winner will play either Gateway or Bethel Park in the WPIAL championship game.

Meanwhile, the top-seeded boys’ basketball team will play Beaver at 8 p.m. The winner of that game will play either Mars or Montour in the WPIAL championship game.

The Colts mounted a big comeback against South Fayette on Friday night to stay alive in the WPIAL playoffs.
