Christmas Lights Coming Down in Bridgeville

The borough’s public works crews spent Tuesday taking down the holiday decorations that adorned each lamp post along Washington Avenue.

The holidays are officially over as the Christmas lights finally came down in Bridgeville this week.

The borough’s public works crews spent Tuesday taking down the holiday decorations that adorned each lamp post along Washington Avenue.

By noon, all the decorations on the westbound side of Route 50 were gone and dragged off in the public work department’s red pick-up truck.

Do you still have your Christmas and holiday lights up at your house? When do you usually take them down? Tell us in the comment section below!

Sounds like quite a chore! I think the nice weather expected this weekend will make it a little easier for me.
