This blotter is built for shock value..who do I know? I was in here in a hit and run and numerous other charges. Those charges were misguided where does it say I was charged with wreckless operation ONLY? The lowest form of journalisn is the Inquirer shock value...so great I get 4 charges, but since there is no shock value in everything being dropped but careless operation. No shock value in dropping charges. THIS STINKS. Why dont you try a little harder to make this above the rags we have in Pittsburgh and prints the verdict. Ever hear you can indict a chipped ham.
